Shakshuka

Super Easy
This is a super simple recipe packed with flavour. Serve this up with some fresh crunchy bread. Leave out the chorizo if you're a vegetarian.

Ingredients:

1 finely diced onion

1 red pepper

Finely diced chilli & garlic

2 chopped chorizos

1 can tomatoes

1 teaspoon paprika & cumin

5 eggs

Coriander & bread

Let's Cook:

Preheat oven to 160 degrees

Fry chorizo, onion, red peppers, chilli & garlic in fry pan for 7 min.

Season with salt, pepper, cumin & paprika.

Pour in can of tomatoes.

Make 5 indents in the sauce & crack the eggs in.

Sprinkle over some feta cheese.

Bake in the over for 20min.

Finish off with fresh coriander & toasted bread.
