Start by chopping up some onion, garlic and chilli pepper. Add to a saucepan with a bit of oil and fry for 2 mins.
Pour in the tomato sauce, a pinch of dried oregano and 1/2 mug of chicken stock.
Turn down the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes to thicken.
