Super Easy Flatbreads
These are literally so easy. The bases only need 2 ingredients, and you can throw on whatever toppings you like. We've put some suggestions for flavours in the recipe below.
Thai Prawn Noodle Bowl
This is a serious upgrade from instant noodles - but it still super quick to make. Get frozen prawns to keep it cheap.
Spicy Chicken Curry
This curry recipe is so quick and easy, and it's packed with flavour. Add a bit extra curry powder if you like it hot.
Roasted Tomato and Courgette Pasta
This is a delicious vegetarian pasta dish which is super cheap. Great for feeding larger groups of people - just scale up the portion sizes.
Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls
These little chocolate pastries are probably one of the easiest things ever to make. They're ready in minutes, only require a few ingredients and taste awesome.
Breakfast Pastry Tarts
If you can get some ready-rolled puff pastry, this recipe is actually surprisingly easy. Perfect for a lazy weekend brunch when you want something a bit fancy.
Tomato, Mushroom and Spinach Frittata
This frittata is perfect for a healthy cooked breakfast on a lazy weekend morning. We've kept it vegetarian, but you could definitely add some bacon to this.
Smoky Potato Wedges
Throw these potato wedges in the oven for a quick a side to a meal. We recommend trying the honey-mustard dip as well, it's a winner.
Loaded Black Bean Nachos
If you’re going to make nachos, this is the way to do it. Delicious, crunchy nachos with black beans, sweetcorn and guacamole.
Cheesy Pesto Pasta Bake
Pasta bake has always been a student favourite. This recipe uses traditional italian flavours and is really quick to prepare. It's also really easy to scale up the recipe and share with your flatmates.
Spicy Chickpea Curry
This curry is one of the most simple recipes ever. Cook it up in 15 minutes for a hearty midweek meal. Don’t forget to cook some rice to go with it.
Chicken Noodle Stir Fry
Stir frying is one of the quickest ways to make a meal, so this recipe is ideal for when you don’t have much time. You can use whatever vegetables you want - we've gone with carrot, broccoli and bean sprouts.
Sausage and Ratatouille Casserole
This ratatouille all goes in one tray meaning there's less to wash up. Chop everything up, throw it in the oven and tuck in to a heartym nutririous meal.
Cheesy Bean Quesadillas
Quesadillas are awesome because you can fill them with almost anything and they'll still taste amazing. This melty cheese and black bean recipe is one of our favourites - but feel free to mix it up!
Sweet Chilli Prawn Stir Fry
This simple stir fry is packed full of flavour and very quick to make. Perfect for dinner when you're in a rush or before going out.
